What is Advocating?

The pink tax is a further cost which is added to products which are used in everyday life, the name because many things which do have this price hike, are pink. In the 1980’s pink and blue started being used to refer to genders to boost marketing in products. With almost identical items, those aimed at women can be up to 7% more expensive than the men’s alternatives.

Step 5 - After

  • Keep the momentum up! Remember this is not a race, we will succeed if we persist
  • Give yourself a pat on the back, you are helping so many people for the action you are taking
  • Go rest up, you’ve done a lot!
  • Let us know how it went, how you felt and let us know if there’s anything we can do to help
